#1 Family Owned

Melanie and Morgan are sisters that grew up in a family that owned a restaurant in Montana. It is in their blood. We have seen them work together and love their energy. Both sisters have are married with children and tag team picking up their kids and running the restaurant. We love seeing their passion at work while serving up delicious local foods to their clients. And it isn’t uncommon to see their parents drop in to check things out. We love the family atmosphere whenever we are there.

2. Local Ingredients

Morgan and Melanie believe in quality ingredients and use local seasonal ingredients as much as possible. Local farms and ranches sell their produce and beef that is used throughout the menu. For instance, the amazing steaks and burgers come from beer raised 6 miles from the restaurant. The quality ingredients mean big flavor for the patrons of Wyoming 310.

3. Collaboration

So far we have shared that we love the family atmosphere and the local ingredients sourced. Third and finally we love the Melanie and Morgan collaborate for special dining experiences. We have joined them for tasting events in the past and truly enjoyed the international food and beer pairing event. Keep an eye for their events because they are truly amazing! Their support of other industry professionals, like guest chefs and breweries make for an exciting night out.

Hit the road!

Again, we love their support and we want to continue to support this amazing experience. Look for new and exciting things on their menu and their tasty dinner specials. Share your experience with us on social media and tag us @LiveWYldMag and use # LiveWYld Maybe we will see you there!
