Planning your event in Wyoming

It’s time to start thinking about the details of your upcoming event. How do you find a caterer and event space to host your conference, family reunion, rehearsal dinner, or reception? We met with some great people and have some information to help make your decision a little easier.

Wyoming food your guests will love

We visited with our Live WYld sponsors and experts of locally sourced Wyoming food, Morgan and Melanie from Wyoming 310. We asked about their catering events and they invited us to observe and check out an upcoming private event. We know they love quality local ingredients and their entire team is like family, what more could you ask for when working with a business to plan your special day? These ladies were in beast mode during the event and grilling up steaks any grill master would be proud of.

The space

The restaurant closes for events and the dining room is set up to allow guests to visit and enjoy the bar. The cozy restaurant transforms into a beautiful and intimate banquet room. The guests are able to enjoy a cocktail and appetizers while they visit. The staff at Wyoming 310 is on-point and taking care of every detail. The appetizers this night included the famous fresh chips and house made dip, fried mushrooms, poppers, and onion rings.

The dinner

Each course was served all at once, allowing the guests to enjoy their meal together. At this event we were able to watch as fresh salads, entrees, and a scrumptious toffee sticky cake dessert were served. Guests had a menu and choice of main courses.

  • Local Tenderloin with Garlic Shrimp and choice of Cheddar Mashed Potato or Baked Potato

  • Ribeye Steak with Garlic Shrimp and choice of Cheddar Mashed Potatoes or Baked Potato

  • Mahi Mahi Dinner with Coleslaw and choice of Cheddar Mashed Potatoes or Baked Potato

  • Shrimp (Garlic Sautéed) and choice of Cheddar Mashed Potatoes or Baked Potato

Start Planning!

Wyoming 310 works hard to ensure they source as much product locally as they can, from the beef to the mushrooms and even the wine, they want local products on the menu and work closely with local ranchers and farmers. Melanie and Morgan can help you plan your private event. To learn more you can contact them here.
